A Brief History
GamerX.mp is the next chapter in the legacy of GamerX, a groundbreaking community-driven server for GTA San Andreas Multiplayer. For nearly two decades, GamerX has been a hub for creativity, offering minigames, challenges, stunts, and events shaped by its passionate player base. Over 100,000 custom object sets have been built using in-game tools, cementing the server’s reputation as a rich and versatile gaming environment.
GamerX is a community driven server running GTA San Andreas Multiplayer and open.mp gamemodes. For nearly 20 years, active players have been contributing code, minigames, challenges, races, stunts, and events. Over 100,000 object sets have been created using in game tools. The server has a reputation for it's creativity. The project has become a unique and cultured gaming experience. The popular server, once full of players has declined slowly in traction. Partly due to the lessened accumulative interest towards the game. This led to a decrease of in game content being produced.

However, the server's vibrancy has decreased over time. Declining player numbers, stagnating content creation, and aging infrastructure have pushed GamerX towards a crossroads. This project is a bold effort to reimagine the server, transforming it into a dynamic, player-driven ecosystem where creativity, fairness, and fun reign supreme.

The remaining GamerX community became much more dedicated towards the gamemode. The system became increasingly dynamic and interesting. Regular players often circulate back to the game. It's fun and versatile. However, the servers infrastructure is old and difficult to work with. Attempts have been made to reorganize but have failed. The server has stagnated.
A Brief History
Launched nearly 20 years ago, GamerX quickly became a standout in the GTA San Andreas Multiplayer community. It thrived on player contributions, everything from adrenaline-pumping races, intricate stunt maps, to innovative events, and fostered a collaborative culture that kept players returning.

But as interest in GTA San Andreas declined, so too did the player base. Content creation slowed, and the once-thriving ecosystem began to stagnate. The server's aging technical framework compounded the problem, making it increasingly difficult to innovate and adapt. Despite these challenges, a dedicated core of players remained, eager to keep the spirit of GamerX alive.

GamerX.mp is an organized effort to start from a new root. The newly proposed infrastructure would eliminate administrative tyranny by automating the entire administrative system. This would limit corruption within the system. Control is achieved through a democratic system. A majority rules voting system.
Apparent Problems
Administrative Tyranny
Over time, GamerX's administrative system became rigid and authoritarian. A small group of administrators wielded disproportionate power, stifling player freedom and creativity. Key issues included:
* Excessive Control: Players needed administrative approval for events, races, and gameplay changes.
* Lack of Transparency: Decisions were made without player input, leading to frustration and disengagement.
* Uneven Enforcement: Rules and policies were inconsistently applied, creating a sense of favoritism and distrust.

The goal is to structure GamerX.mp into a self sustaining ecosystem using automation. The system must reward the players for their social influence, activity, and creative contributions. This wiki is dedicated towards the fight for organization and planning. This is a team effort.
These patterns of centralized control undermined the community-driven ethos that had originally made GamerX successful.

Administrative Solutions
Proposed Solutions
Previously run by a largely dictatorial administration, the game failed to deliver a fun and expanding experience. With a administrative democratic system, players will have a fair say in the expansion process and can contribute what they feel and want to the gamemode.

Game plan
Creating a Collaborative System
GamerX.mp is a project dedicated to bring GamerX to modern standards. The original system was founded nearly 20 years ago and the code has been expanding on outdated plugins, filterscripts and an old enough to be legal gamemode. To keep up with current trends a new foundation is being developed for the future of GamerX. GamerX.mp is a collaborative effort to create a fun, open and fair gaming environment. The plan is to create an equal opportunity for contributors to  create, share, and invest their time into the game. It is essential to create a healthy creative work environment. Without contributors to expand the game, GamerX suffocates from a lack of innovation.
To rebuild GamerX as a thriving, inclusive community, GamerX.mp introduces a player-first approach with a focus on collaboration, fairness, and innovation. Key steps include:

The main objective
1. Administrative Democracy
The system aims to reward player creativity, driving long-term engagement and enhancing the gaming experience. By recognizing innovative contributions, we encourage players to stay motivated and invested in shaping the game world. A server that fosters creativity will attract more players, creating a thriving community. As the player base grows, so does the pool of creative talent, fueling continuous innovation and ensuring the game's success.
The administrative system will be restructured into a republic democratic model. Players will have a voice in decision-making through majority-rule voting systems.
* Transparent Voting: Players can propose and vote on the next event/race, rules, and many other ingame dynamic features.
* Automated Governance: Administrative tasks will be automated where possible, reducing the risk of corruption or favoritism.
* Shared Responsibility: Leadership roles will rotate or be elected to ensure no single group holds power indefinitely (Disclaimer: This does not include the “Host” role).

Structure Complexities
2. Player Empowerment
The GamerX.mp gamemode structure requires extra attentiveness towards allowing players ability to utilize the structure efficiently for a fluid gaming and interfacing experience. Special attention is dedicated towards the interwoven connectedness of the systems to benefit all participants.
Players will have unprecedented control over the gamemode, with systems designed to reward creativity and engagement.
* Dynamic Gameplay Tools: New tools, such as the GX Dynamic Vehicle, Property, and Teleport Systems, allow players to customize the game world without requiring developer intervention.
* Incentive Structures: Contributions like creating races or events will earn players in-game rewards and social recognition.

3. Creative Freedom
Creative contribution is what made GamerX’s gamemode into what is loved by many. Contributions such as the player object editing commands, race / event builder and other dynamic tools have allowed the players to expand the gamemode. Players expand the gamemode using the gamemode.

The foundation consists of a few new important features; GX Function, GX Economy, and GX Administrative Democracy.
4. Automation
Automating the system will be hard work but is a top priority. If there’s a pattern, we can code it. This effort will attempt to avoid all restrictions and implement an easy to adjust automation system. Imagine a control board with adjustable parameters. The controls will democratically, economically and creatively controlled.

5. Constitution
A set of calculated rules that will be used as law during disputes.
* 1: No client side modifications that give unfair advantages.
* 2: Development must go in the direction that gives the players the most option and freedom.

Updates to allow dynamic in game manipulation to any previously static features which required code manipulation. These updates include GX Dynamic Vehicle System, GX Dynamic Property System, and GX Dynamic Teleport System.
The GamerX.mp Structure
Summary
GX Economy
* Incentivize Creativity
An integrated economy system will reward players for their activity, creativity, and social influence. This system encourages continuous contribution while fostering competition and collaboration.
* Reward creative and active players
* Allow gamemode manipulation through a democratic system

All players have the equal ability to do what they want and influence the game how they want.

Introduction

Description
"One of the most unique and versatile gamemodes."

Apparent Problems

Administrative Tyranny

Over time, GamerX's administrative system became rigid and authoritarian. A small group of administrators wielded disproportionate power, stifling player freedom and creativity. Key issues included:

 • Excessive Control: Players needed administrative approval for events, races, and gameplay changes.
 • Lack of Transparency: Decisions were made without player input, leading to frustration and disengagement.
 • Uneven Enforcement: Rules and policies were inconsistently applied, creating a sense of favoritism and distrust.

These patterns of centralized control undermined the community-driven ethos that had originally made GamerX successful.

Proposed Solutions

Creating a Collaborative System

To rebuild GamerX as a thriving, inclusive community, GamerX.mp introduces a player-first approach with a focus on collaboration, fairness, and innovation. Key steps include:

1. Administrative Democracy

The administrative system will be restructured into a republic democratic model. Players will have a voice in decision-making through majority-rule voting systems.

 • Transparent Voting: Players can propose and vote on the next event/race, rules, and many other ingame dynamic features.
 • Automated Governance: Administrative tasks will be automated where possible, reducing the risk of corruption or favoritism.
 • Shared Responsibility: Leadership roles will rotate or be elected to ensure no single group holds power indefinitely (Disclaimer: This does not include the “Host” role).

2. Player Empowerment

Players will have unprecedented control over the gamemode, with systems designed to reward creativity and engagement.

 • Dynamic Gameplay Tools: New tools, such as the GX Dynamic Vehicle, Property, and Teleport Systems, allow players to customize the game world without requiring developer intervention.
 • Incentive Structures: Contributions like creating races or events will earn players in-game rewards and social recognition.

3. Creative Freedom

Creative contribution is what made GamerX’s gamemode into what is loved by many. Contributions such as the player object editing commands, race / event builder and other dynamic tools have allowed the players to expand the gamemode. Players expand the gamemode using the gamemode.

 • 1: No client side modifications that give unfair advantages.
 • 2: Development must go in the direction that gives the players the most option and freedom.

The GamerX.mp Structure

GX Economy

An integrated economy system will reward players for their activity, creativity, and social influence. This system encourages continuous contribution while fostering competition and collaboration.

GX Administrative Democracy

The backbone of the new administrative model, ensuring every player has equal say and opportunities. It is built to promote fairness, creativity and encourage player-driven expansion.

Dynamic Systems

Previously static features—like vehicles, properties, and teleports—are now fully dynamic. These updates enable players to manipulate the game environment in real-time, making gameplay more fluid and interactive.

A Path Forward

GamerX.mp is not just a reboot; it is a reimagining of what a gaming community can be. By fostering a culture of collaboration and rewarding creativity, it seeks to recapture the excitement and innovation that defined its early days. This is more than a gamemode—it is a movement to rebuild GamerX as a modern, sustainable, and player-driven ecosystem.
